Agents
Recurring treatments
Calls patients to book the next session of an ongoing treatment. Coming soon.
Note
Coming soon. The recurring treatment agent is paused while Voxlera is in its pilot phase. You can already see it in the dashboard, but it can’t be switched on yet.
What it will do
Some treatments need regular sessions — orthodontic adjustments every few weeks, or periodic maintenance cleanings. The recurring treatment agent calls patients when their next session is due and books it during the call, just like the checkup reminder:
- It works out who is due from the time since their last session, using a cadence you set for each treatment type.
- It calls within your active hours and offers free times with the right doctor.
- It books the time the patient chooses, and records their interest, preferred timing or reasons for declining.
Settings
- The interval for each treatment type (for example, every 3 weeks for orthodontics).
- How far before (or after) the due date to call — 1 day before by default.
- Max attempts (3 by default) and time between attempts (1 hour by default).
- The call wording, in Templates.
You can already set the timing, attempts and gap under Agents → Configuration → Agents → Recurring Treatment; they’re saved and apply once the agent is switched on.
